Story Farm is proud to announce the release of Jianna by Chef Michael Kramer. The debut cookbook from one of the South’s most esteemed chefs features more than 100 of Kramer’s signature recipes including favorites from his award-winning Greenville, S.C. restaurant, Jianna, such as Spaghetti TBG, Char-Grilled Octopus, Bucatini Carbonara and Limoncello Pana Cotta. The book also shares career-spanning classics from his time as the opening chef at McCrady’s in Charleston, S.C., and his stints working alongside Wolfgang Puck at Spago and Granita in Los Angeles.
The 304-page book also includes a cocktail chapter and in-depth profile of the restaurant’s Italian wine program by Andrea Royko, who curates Jianna’s cocktail and wine offerings.
