Visit Orlando, the award-winning tourism association, has released its first-ever cookbook, Orlando’s Kitchens: Recipes and Stories from Our Neighborhoods. Published by Story Farm (220 pages, $27.95), the book shines the spotlight on the city’s vibrant dining scene with more than 60 recipes from Central Florida’s most acclaimed chefs and restaurants.

Written by bestselling author Pam Brandon, the book shares the secrets behind some of Orlando’s most beloved dishes and cocktails, along with candid stories from the city’s hottest kitchens. Among the featured restaurants in Orlando’s Kitchens: Recipes and Stories from Our Neighborhoods are 18 local venues recently recognized by the MICHELIN Guide for their culinary excellence.

The book comes alive through stunning original photography by Orlando-based photographer Aaron Van and 10 custom-illustrated maps by local artist Paige Fisher of Cromulent Creative, guiding readers through the city’s most delicious destinations.
